Hiya
Umm don't really know what to say let's have a go....decided to join up as have been reading through very helpful posts!
I'm 27 years old,first diagnosed in 2005 with panic and anxiety (reaction depression in 2000) and seem to go through 4 year cycles of feeling ok then woosh it hits me again.folk ask me what causes my anxiety and I don't know as I've pushed it down for 8+ years.currently on mitrazipine at night and propanlol throughout the day.have done cbt,counselling,groups and currently on the waitlist (8 months) to see mht-joy!
Getting married this Oct (that's if Stephen doesn't walk from me) so really need to kick this into touch once and for all.
Here's to many ramblings.....
