Weird numb heavy feeling - hyperventilating?

Sometimes I get this feeling almost always at night, where my skin feels numb and my limbs and face and my toungue feel really heavy and seem to feel bigger than they really are. Like my body is made of foam or something. I find it quite disturbing . he doesn't last longer than an hour. I'm rying to figure out the course of this. I m fairly sure its not hyperventilating but then I k now you can hyperventilate without being aware of it.
Anyone else get this sensation.

hello buterfly00. i have had all ypu have mentiond & as you know your self very very unpleasent. & realy hard to believe it,s anxiety but it is. but also have you had a blood test because you can have them symptoms with low iron... because i did aswell as it beihttp://1.2.3.11/bmi/www.nomorepanic.co.uk/images/smilies/hugs.gifng all anxiety.:hugs:
