Decreasing Urine Frequency!

Hi there, I had two bottles of beer last night with some friends and in the morning I woke up, I only peed once (that was around 8am).

Now it is 4pm here in our place (same day) and I haven't urinated since this morning. I don't know if I have been drinking enough.

I do admit that I have experienced this before, but right now it really is freaking me out. I normally pee at around 3-5 times a day, but this is really getting out of my hand. :weep:

The average person urinates between 880 mls to 2 litres a day. It doesn't matter how many times you go.

Also if anxious and you are sweating you will lose water that way.
