Can health anxiety cause 24/7 dizziness even though you think.your ok.

Have you had your mri yet or are you not having it?

Have you looked at an inner ear condition, possibly labyrinthitis or migraine vertigo? Ive had it for 2 years and was told it was all anxiety and to get on with it, to actually having lots of balance tests to show I have migraine vertigo and im now much much better :-)

Also, sea sickness tablets help ease the dizzies x

Next sat zippy. Did they say anything. I also ave tinnitus and a noise like a motorbike in the back of my head

No they didn't say anything it gets sent to your gp.

I have just got up again this morning and got dizziness again too.
