Heart fear returning please reply if you can advise

My fear is the c word or headt attack I've had really bad chest pains for 3 days now and my left arm is painful aswell I keep having a pressure feeling in my chest a neck I keep telling myself its the hiatus hernia but is it? Went to see the new doctor today and she's going to do blood tests for colestral(spelling) wants to be sure as my father has had 3 heart attacks and now has heart disease plus my mother has a irregular heart beat high colestral and high blood pressure do I need to be worried or am I going on the cycle of heart worry again ?

Hi, im the same iv had about 7 ECG's and echocardiograms, everything comes back normal but i still have chest pain, irregular beats and pain in my arms, i have high blood pressure which is being controlled.
the test will reasure you that its ok but the worry wont go away.
it got to much for me and the doctor as put me on sertraline to see if it helps.
