I haven't posted for a while but here goes...... for the past 2 days i've had a weird feeling in my throat, it feels dry on one side and it feels like i've got bit stuck there.. im quite scared about it as i smoke and worrying it has something to do with it. i tried drinking water n hot drinks but it doesn't seem to help any. its like my throat is sticking together at the back

Please Please has any one had this or got any idea what it is.... I haven't had a panic attack for a few weeks although am getting more anxiety feelings and am scared of gettin a PA because of this.

Hi there :)
the 'something stuck in the throat' thing is a very common anxiety symptom.

hi,

i have posted this a few times in the last couple of months. i also have a sensation of something in my throat but only on one side, i had it for few weeks then it seemed to go but then i came back again, i try putting my finger down to try and dislodge something but there is nothing there, it does feel like its dry or sometimes i feel something is there, i am very uptight at the moment so im putting it down to that, anyway what im trying to say is your not alone, i also smoke, so we sound like sympton twins! anyway head up and im here if you wanna chat some more.x
