has anyone had like a vibration in the pelvis groin arear its like a moble phone going off on vibration its driveing me mad

I occasionally get internal vibrating when waking up. Mine is mainly in my chest area. It's so freaky. Dr told me its another anxiety symptom.

I had this recently in my groin and behind my left knee. It lasted on and off for about a fortnight then disappeared, so I haven't got a clue what it was. Probably just another physical manifestation of anxiety!
