Doubting my senses

Ok, this is going to make me sound nuts but does anyone ever find themselves analysing the things they see and hear? If I see something out of the corner of my eye I need to make sure that its really there and I'm not seeing things. If I hear something strange I need to check that someone else hears it too.

I think this fear of seeing/hearing thing comes from when I had my breakdown and I was terrified of psychosis.

Hi Lissa,
After a breakdown its no wonder you feel this way, I would want reassurance too.
I get that way with noises, if i'm alone I HAVE to find the source of the noise just so I know its not in my head.
Try not to let it worry you to much x

Yes I get this as well, often I wonder if things are really happening, did that person really exist etc.
