achy arms and legs anyone?

I have been having achy arms lately. Sometimes I feel like I've worked out, but haven't. I do go to the gym pretty regularly, but I swear they feel achy. Sometimes I notice it in my legs too, but seems mostly in my arms. Feeling a little worried.

Does anyone think this might be connected to antidepressants? I was on 40mg Celexa for a month and just recently switched to 10mg Lexapro because it seemed like I was really tired. I have been on Lexapro for 5 days and I don't really feel tired anymore.
