I have made an appointment to have my first counselling session on Monday. Cant say that I'm excited about it, more........intreagued. And scared. Hopefully it might help me sort one or two things out. Like, er...my mind and my life.:D

I want to go up to my anxiety, smile, put my arm around it and say to it caringly, 'Hey! How are you? How's your day been?'

Then, just as its about to answer me, I wanna throw a sack over it and give it a hiding within an inch of its life.

Well, my first session went very well. The counsellor (sp) was so kind and encouraging and she began to open my eyes as to what has been happening in my life over the last 18 months. I actually feel a little better believe it or not!

More session booked over the next six weeks.......
