Numbness/dizzyness/loss of eye sight

Hi,

I was wondering if any one experiences a faint feeling and out of body dream like experience... also the eyes find it hard to focus.. finally numbness in your hands and arms like you can not feel them.. this happens during the day.. but have been woken up a couple of times in the night with my arm been completly numb.. and I havent been laying ion it or anything...

I have had this happen a few times now, The first time it really scared me because it was unlike any other panic attack I had before. I went to hospital with it once and they did tests but all came back clear they just said it was anxiety. I had eye tests etc and all was fine. My doctor told me it was the anxiety as is can display many different symptoms and attacks are not always the same. When this happened to me sometimes it was numbness in hands and arms other times it was tingling like pins and needles.
