Hello - New here

Hi, I'm Jackie and I'm new on here - just found this forum from a google search on "panic attacks forums". I had awful panic attacks about 20 years ago and then again when I got pregnant with my little boy 5 years ago after a lot of IVF treatment. I've been fine until recently when the panic attacks have come back again along with generally feeling anxious about lots of things including driving. Really hoping that this forum will help me particularly when I'm feeling really panicky. Also, hope that maybe I can help other people too. Anyway, I'm glad I've found this forum!
