Hello all! So glad I found this site!!! I am 38/f and had my first panic attack about 7 years ago after my father passed away. I really thought it was a one time thing being brought on by the stress of his passing. I know it was a trigger for me but since the first occurance I have had several more episodes unrelated to his death. I know basically nothing about panic attacks and haven't really even looked for help with them until recently. I am under a great deal more stress than usual and find myself fighting the panic feeling more often than I care to. So in looking for answers, I landed here.:)
