Forehead spasms

As the title says I keep getting forehead spasms, well I think it's a spasm, or like a twitching it's like my whole forehead but a little area, just underneath my hairline and a little below.
I also get upper eye lid twitching in left eye and head pressure on the right, if that's all connected together?

The pressure in my ears has been quite bad today too, everytime i burp my left ear crackles. I've taken sinus nasal spray for the last month and it hasn't gone anything :(

I get them all over my face and body. It's annoying

I have been getting loads of head symptoms for the last 4 month too.
I get pressure in my left side of my head, headaches, tingling and I have also had my left eyelid twitching. I get earache in my left ear and when I swallow my left ear pops and when I was eating the other day my left ear was crackling.
I had a brain ct scan on Friday but haven't had the results yet but my gp only referred me to reassure me.

Oo please do tell your results, hopefully it'll reassure me too, which is what I think i need. As with any tests I'm sure they'll be fine :)
