Keeping afloat

I came across this site whilst desperately trying to research side effects of fluoxetine. It is such a relief to read about other peoples experiences and to get the reassurance I need.
Depression and anxiety have been part of my life for so many years, becoming worse after having my daughter (soooo much more to worry about now) and i have been on fluoxetine several times in the past. This is the first time it has screwed me up in the first week, I feel like I've been hit by a hammer. The worst physical symptoms of anxiety I have ever had plus I cannot eat and am scared to be on my own. Glad to read posts from others who have had the same.
I had a lot of sucess last year with the lightening process but cannot seem to make it work this time.
Seems like a good supportive community going on here.
