Hi.

In early 2000 I ended up with chronic fatigue syndrome. Its all about being physically exhausted. It stops me leaving my home.I can go outside I just dont go out anywhere.I can barely walk 200ft at a time. Then being home all the time caused me to be agoraphobic. Its a long time to be stuck at home.

I'm online a lot during the day and early evening.I get real bored most days. And,I live on my own.

I am recovering from ocd.You can read my post on ocd functional impairment in the ocd section.

If you can relate to my problems you're welcome to reply.

Chris.

Hi Chris, me again. I too have/had chronic fatigue syndrome. I'm in to a large degree in remission now but I know how hideous an illness it is. Mine was bad for three or four years. My recovery coincided with a naturopath prescribing me Blackmore's celloid minerals - they are imported here from ... Australia. Maybe something worth looking into? There are quite a few people on here with cfs x
