Hi,
I found this site after having had a panic attack and was searching for people like me on line.
I have been suffering panic attacks since I was a teenager, though I did not know that's what was happening until many years later.
I also suffer from depression and have self harmed in the past.
I was much better once I hit my mid to late twenties. I then got married, and then it all fell apart. I am now living on my own again. I go days on end with out visits from friends and this just makes my panic attacks that much worse.
I came here hoping to find people who understand. People who know what it is like. In the hope of at least connecting with people online.
When I am functional I am a spoken word performer and song writer.
