Hi all. I had a pain in my stomach on the right above my belly button about 4inch above... It started sat night. Initially I thort I must of pulled it the night before as I went out and had high shoes on...but I notice if my muscle tenses then it feels weird...like a bump there or some thing.... And it's just a tiny area not the whole right side. The pain has more or less gone when I move but just feels like something there... Iv prodded and can't feel any lumps or bumps.
Does this sound like a pulled muscle? Help :(
