I'm really pleased to see that people here are making positive changes to their lives by applying for (and getting) new jobs.
Wenjoy and Magz both got new jobs this week and I can add myself to the list - last week I managed to land a dream job (for me anyway!). Aldupre landed her dream job a few weeks back too.
I can only say that thinking positively and expecting a positive outcome really does seem to work! The old anxiety symptoms creep back in sometimes, but the motivation to get the job helps keep them under control.
I've got a great job where I can work from home most of the time and when I did go into the office for a training session last week, I felt a bit dizzy etc at one point. I felt like I was going to faint and then thought "NO I am NOT - don't be ridiculous!" and the feeling passed. I feel able to manage it now, because I have something new to inspire me!
So this is just a word of encouragement for anyone who feels that they can't or won't be able to change things for the better. It can be done and you can do it too!
