I'm a newbie to forum but not to phobias unfortunately. I have suffered from agoraphobia for the last 22 years on and off [mostly on]. My agoraphobia is related to my Cynophobia [dogs] and it is now worse than ever.

I joined the forum mainly to speak with others who understand and to listen and support others.
