I`m at my last nerve :weep: these panic attacks are completely ruining my life and making me feel so depressed!!

Hi Cherry. I know it is awful when it affects you so badly but you can get better. have you had any CBT or anything to help?

Iv`e tried CBT twice but it made me worse iv`e also tried different medications like Lorazepam and beta blockers and herbal rememdies but no joy

Have you tried CBT4Panic? It has helped a lot of people on this site and is free http://ct-online-info.com
Maybe you doctor could review your medication. It may be that you would be more suited to something different. There is light at the end of the tunnel. If you decide to do CBT4Panic make sure you do all the worksheets etc.

yeah I just tried registering but it says i`m already registered .... i`m not sure if iv`e done it right though, did you have to email your name and address to them ?

Yes if you email your address to them you will get the booklet and cd. You should be able to download the workbooks now though?

It would help if you print the worksheets off to use when you are out but you can read the workbooks online.

I better point out that as much as I would like to, I can't afford to send the booklet and DVD to people who access the programme free :-)

I did wonder about that Robin and I can understand that it would be a big problem. It is all in the workbooks anyway and they are such a great help :D
