So I'm lieing in bed and just under my left rib (lieing on my tummy) it kinda feels like a hard lump in side hard to explain I can some times feel it pulse but then my mind starts thinkin what if its a tumour what if I got it everywhere and it's to late then it starts a long process and visions appearing in my kind does anyone else feel like this?
