Weird sensations in my arms.

This is a new one for me and to be honest, a little freaking.

I keep getting the sensation as if i have something cold running through my veins like you are having medication injected. I haven't had anything in my veins at all - so i have no idea what this is.

hi sarah i have had this sensation a few times, it is a bit scary i also find my fingers seem to not want to work properly.I think it is just part of the anxiety.hope you feel better soon

Hi Sarah, I have experienced this feeling in my head, just add it to the list of anxiety symtoms I suppose.

Hi Sarah, I have had the same feeling of coldness running through my arms and legs my Dr said it was the adrenalin rushing through and can do you no harm only its not a very nice feeling.
