Twitching all the time

Hi, I have read so many posts on here and they have all managed to get me through the tough days living with HA, I have however developed a twitch in my hand which makes my ring finger twitch very obviously, I've also had twitching sporadically all over my body. I wasn't feeling anxious an am in a really happy place in life but my HA decided to rear it's ugly head an now I am very tearful an my husband can't understand why.
Does any one else get this as I'm so convinced its neurological :-( xxx
