hiya all! just saying hiya. I found this website from 'Reveal' about Kym Marsh's story.
I suffer from Panic Attacks about 4times a week mostly happening in the middle of the night when I am asleep. I wake up and I don't know where I am. It is a horrible feeling and now I am always scared to think when I am next going to have another one./
