tingling ball of foot

Since last night the ball of my right foot has been tingling ... I did not injure it. Any idea what this is? Freaking me out slightly

Is it constant or comes and goes?

I get tingling patches in my heal etc. happens all the time, I put it down to nerve compression and over sensitivity after my doc checked my circulation was fine.

I get this, mine isn't so much tingling but it's like I can feel my blood gushing through it's quite weird, maybe I've just sat in one position for too long.
Do you mean tingling as in pins and needles type?

It feels like when the blood comes back after your foot falls asleep ... so kind of pins and needles, right? Except my foot hadn't fallen asleep.

Nic - it comes and goes, got more frequent through the day.

I've been trying to massage my arches and see if that helps a bit.

It could be related to anxiety as the extremeties don't get as much blood but see how it goes.

I always give something a week to see how it goes lol

Good idea. I always wonder because I have back problems too and so it's sometimes hard to tell what is from my back and what is something else.
