white lump under tongue?

felt like a mouth ulcer but when I looked it wasnt on my tongue like it felt on the side but underneath my tongue it is like a white ulcer, doesnt really hurt but can feel it. its on one of the veins

whats the difference between an ulcer and an lesion?

any idea what this could be. Its not that painful like other mouth ulcers I have had in roof of mouth

just checked and there is a small 2nd one near it

Not sure, I have a mucous cyst under my tongue that looks like a bubble. Is it like that?

If it doesn't go within the week then maybe see your doctor or a dentist and they can reassure you

just noticed you can see red spots too, you cant see the white spot, am panicking now is this serious?

there are red spots under my tongue with white around them. they dont hurt

my tongue is fine just underneath
is it anything to be worried about never had multiple ones before
