Hi, im Mark, 31 from the Wirral. I am a long term anxiety sufferer and have posted on here in the past but not for a few years now. Im on my 6th week of sertraline (the 4th medicine I have used) and am hoping for good things from it.

Anyway I thought I would just say a quick hello and how impressed I am with this site and the compassion, empathy and support given by the posters...it is a big help to me as im sure it is to so many others.

I have just joined also in the hope of finding support and friendship. I too suffer with anxiety so know how you feel. Its great that you've come back to this site, I only just dicovered it today and can see how wonderful it is already.

Thanks Hannah..im really glad you have found the site and are enjoying it so much. I find it hard to get out and meet people so it has become a lonely life..its nice to know that friendship and support is only a click away.
