Can anxiety really be making me feel like this?!

I keep feeling awful most days, it is hard to explain but i get a weird throat sensation and it feels as if it might be closing up kind of feeling, i also feel like my heart is fast and i feel sick :( can anyone relate?! Xx

Hi Izzie - it is anxiety. The throat closing is a very normal but horrible feeling - I think its called a globes. The feelings can be awful and so real but not harmful x
