Nausea/dizzyness

Hello everyone :blush:

Can someone reasure that im not making this up. Im suffering with alot of dizzyness and sickness. I feel so awful, ive seen an ent specialist and ruled out vertigo and wants to refere me to a cardiologist, Is it just one of those anxiety syptoms?

Nausea and dizziness are the worst symptoms of anxiety for me so yes it is anxiety related and the more anxious you get the worse the symptoms get. x
