Emma you have posted about this a few times before.

here.... http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=120959&highlight=citric

and here..... http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=112431&highlight=citric

(http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=112431&highlight=citric)Citric acid in any form, is NOT toxic as I remember telling you before. it is what makes citrus fruit sour, it even coats some sorts of sour sweets
in its powder form. Products like bath bombs and things like that are made with it too!!

Each time you say you are going to die from it, but these posts date back from this time last year and nothing has happend to you.....so you need to think logically about things and that perhaps you will not die from something that happened to you aswell over a year ago and nothing happened.

you need to get help for your HA, because at the minute you are just posting about things over and over again.

Not meaning to sound mean but to me the fact that you are still worrying about the same things over a year on means that you have come no further forward in your thinking.

Please seek some help Emma

Emma - if you need urgent help then you would not take the time to post on NMP, you would have called the doctor and you know subject titles like that are not allowed.

They would not put your life at risk like this at work and if you think they are then then need to be told about it.

Aww hun it doesn't seem like you've had it easy. I was the same as you when I were a little younger, I worried obsessively over blood clots for years and even though I knew I'd worried about them before and lived through it it didn't make *that* time less frightening or less real.

You're welcome to PM me if you like, I'd be happy to help where I can. The others are right though, I do think you need to seek further help.
