Bruise.

Hi everyone,

I'm back again, after that seemed a good long stretch of worry free time, I'm back with another worry.

I work in a warehouse and move heavy boxed all day everyday, however around 2 weeks ago I banged a corner of a box on my stomach it was right at the bottom of my rib cage.

Its left a nice purple/red/blue bruise. Today I was feeling the bruise and noticed a small bump beneath the bruise. Is this normal?

Any answers would be so appreciated thanks guys!

Most time when I have a bruise there is a slight swelling underneath it, sometimes a large swelling depending on how big the bruise. I wouldn't worry about it, give it a few days and if you are still worried go see your doc just to check

Ouchie! I banged my shin quite hard once and had a lump there for ages. Probably just scar tissue.
