Hi Graham,
You have not tried yet...this website is one the best things I have found along way of my recovery... I am very grateful that Nicola has created it... Until I found it I never could believe thatsharing your experience and learning others can be so much of a help as massively as medications, or CBT you name it.... Knowing people that suffer as much as you helps to put perspectives right, help others and have 24h support.

Thumbelina is so right. There is nothing that has given me more strength than knowing that you are not alone...reading other people's experiences and advices has encredibly encouraged me. Hang in there Graham, please don't give up, it will get better.
