I posted last week about upper abdominal burning and my gp seems to think I have stomach inflammation and sent me for a blood test yesterday. I think it's likely to come back positive and I honestly hope it does as then it can be treated. I was wondering if anyone here has had the antibiotics and could you tell me what size the tablets are? I know that's a weird question but I have a phobia with swallowing anything bigger than your little finger nail. I know Ammoxocilling (I know that's spelt wrong) also comes in the the liquid form but what about the others?

You get 2 antibiotics and omeprazole (a PPI) the other antibiotic is metronidazole, this too comes in liquid form. The omeprazole tablet can be dissolved in water or capsules can be emptied out and swallowed it tells you in the patient information leaflet.

I'm the same as you when it comes to swallowing tablets!
