Hello everyone,
So this is my second post on here.
Not been too well this weekend as I've had a tummy bug so that increased the old anxiety levels.
Managed to get to my third CBT session today. The intensity of these sessions are now starting to pick up pace,
I'm feeling very tired tonight and a little dizzy and breathless.
My question is, does anyone else get similar symptons when you're tired?
