Just had an arguement with my brother and after 5minutes I started to feel all funny and woozy as if I was going to faint, but of course, I went out the room and sat down and started to take deep breathes and calmed myself down quickly.
My chest and stomach feel like it's caving in when I exhale and centre of chest feels achy, I am slightly shivering because my room is slightly cold, infact my house is cold could the breathing be due to that? or indigestion
You know when you've ran in extreme cold whether, every breathe hurts in the cold, it's similar to that, but without the coldness :(
