anyone around to help and chat

Hi guys....

I feel really alone and just want to wake up and feel happy rather than a fear of worry. I have this feeling that I have to please friends all the time and if they seem off for whatever reason I automatically think it's me and I've done something wrong. I feel a burden on them cause I could text asking how they.are every other day sometimes and I'm scared I'll loose them
. I analyse there replies which makes me worse at times. I just want to know people like me and I have nothing to worry about.....anyone whose free to PM would be nice

Hi Katy,

I can completely relate to what you say. I'm always analysing what my friends say or don't say. One day I'll think of them quite favourably and the next I'll think that they don't even like me so why should I bother! Its an awful cycle isn't it.
