Hi all,
Its been a while since my last visit, everything has been going swimmingly since I decided to stick it out with meds but just had a week where I haven't been able to get my prescription and BAMM my stress levels have gone thru the roof. I have felt ok all week, but today (only 7 days later) my temper is terrible, its totally out of character for me to act this way and my head feels like a shed!!!!
My prescription is coming tomorrow which is good but what a nightmare last few hours this has been especially when I have been out with my family and had a really enjoyable day. Its like having a split personality, very strange.
Seriously chilling now, I've apologised to my wife for snapping so some making up is required, she understands what its all about and she sympathises.
