Conquervertigo.com - anyone tried it?

There is a website called 'conquervertigo.com' that claims it can help cure dizziness. I saw it months ago but thought it was def a scam as they are selling an e-book ($27.99), so I didn't buy it. But now I'm thinking I might as well give it a go as it might tell me something that helps, however I'm having real trouble making the payment as I can't access my paypal account.
Has anyone else out there with dizziness tried this e-book? Is it really any help?

doesnt it mean the dizziness you get with vertigo thats different to dizziness i get when i have panic attack.

too scared to buy of internet so cant help with pey pal though was told by someone it depends what pop up blocker or cookie blocker you use
