Feeling generally unwell

Hi all, does anyone feel generally unwell at times? Its hard to explain but I feel nauseus not major but just nauseus,feeling flat,no get up & go,plus no energy. I am on 10mg Amitryptiline & 100mg Sertraline.Any help would be much appreciated.

When my anxiety was worse I felt very nauseous and ill all the time and totally exhausted.

I am doing a lot better now but I was like that for a long time. I still get little 'blips' now and again but there were days when I really thought I would never be well again. The key is to focus on the positives. Don't dwell on what you can't do and praise yourself for any little progress you make however small.

I know what you mean by this, just icky feeling. that sert dosage could have something to do with it, I had bad side effects on 25g!
