Hello,

My name is Tracey. I have suffered from low self esteem/social phobia/anxiety and depression since childhood, I am now 41, with partner and a mum to my 15 yr old daughter.

Sorry I'm not sure what to say, all I know is I hate feeling worthless and all the other negative emotions that go with it, I'm so tired of feeling sad all the time and feeling so alone. :weep:
