Unable to concentrate

Hi , I wonder if any one else suffers like this.
When I try to read or even look at a picture. , I cant focus on what I'm doing , it's as if my mind jumps ! Sorry hard to explain . What worries me is I have a five yearly written and practical exam coming up . I've posted before about eye issues which accompany this concentration thing ,
Any feed back would be great .

Hi all.
In addition to what I posted , I've just seen a person on tv who'd just had a major stroke (and recovered ). And was told by his doctors that he'd already had two minor strokes without knowing it ! He also touched on his symptoms , headaches , flashes of light , confusion , how could we tell the difference between anxiety and something more serious ? Of course my minds racing and making me more anxious . I just need somebody with a clear head
to untangle the way I feel , for example do any one else feel the same .

I am sure this is all part of anxiety. My concentration is very poor when I am anxious and my eyes seem to be all over the place and doing strange things.
