Relaxing music and positive thoughts MP3

Hi folks

Can anyone recommend a relaxing mp3 with positive words that I can listen to at night or if I awake during the night? A hypnosis MP3. It will stop nay negative thoughts floating in!

i dont use words mp3 as they put me of as i think the person is talking to me so i should listen.. ive found Deep Sleep - Deep Relaxation - Relax and Sleep its Sleep Music Lullabies to fall asleep to. It helped me. there are 89 tracks so i put it on and leave it playing whilst i sleep. o i got it off itunes as i have no mp3 just my iphone. xx

I've got a cute one on my smart phone - it's an app called Rain Sounds. Rain on car window is fantastic for falling asleep imo.
