TMJ maybe?

I think (hope!) that I'm suffering from TMJ. I've had pain in my left ear now for about 6 weeks I've been to the Docs 3 times about it. Each time they can't find anything wrong. Also over the past few weeks Ive noticed my jaw on the same side is clicking and Ive also got pain in my neck and front of my throat. So anyway my HA is telling me that its something sinister but maybe, just maybe its TMJ as the symptoms do fit.

So can any TMJ sufferers let me know if this is classic TMJ, just to recap..

Ear pain (like mild earache)
clicking sound from jaw
pain across lower teeth and jawline
Throat pain
occasional headache on same side
tender inside of mouth

I know its meant to be caused by grinding teeth but I dont think I do that.

Anyways any advice, reassurance would be appreciated.

Just bumping this back up.

Been to the Docs again today and he told me to see a Dentist. I've also got him to refer me to an ENT specialist as I've got private health care.

Is it normal to get a pain in the throat similar to a sore throat with TMJ??

Any help appreciated.

Thats an excellent website and it lists all my symptoms...plus a few more than I never though could be caused by TMJ!
