View Full Version : Yay, i got to the shop!!

I managed to get to the shop this time, and no panic attack :D Had a few wobbles but managed to keep calm and not let the bad thoughts in. Even managed not to shake like a leaf when i went to pay!
Feeling really positive now, hope it continues!
