Hi im blueskies1, my first time on here. I have anxiety/depression and have been ill with it for 3 months, had it for years and years before that but didnt really get diagnosed until it all affected my life dramatically in January, since then ive been unable to goto work and its been al slow process of recovery, i'm on antidepressents now and have changed so many things in my life to try and help. I have good days and bad days. I'd like to offer support to others on the good days and on the others i will be asking for support myself on here i guess as i dont really have anyone to discuss these illnesses with.:):)
