Hey I'm Steph! I have had anxiety and depression for a few years and I have been taking citalopram since July. I'm glad I've found this forum, it will be good to speak to others with anxiety.

Yes it is a helpful site. Makes one realise you are not on your own.I think
it also helps as we do not feel as if we are moaning to friends which we do

Nice to meet u, i too suffer from anxiety and depression, I used to be on citralopram, then mitrazipine, I have now been without medication for around nearly 2 months, and I agree with hopey it helps to talk to people in a similar position as to me, people who are going through something similar dont tend to judge u :)
