First time...

Hi, I'm DAC. Been depressed and anxious for years...slowly lost all confidence, self-esteem etc. Am on anti-d's and anti-anxiety meds, and see a therapist...nothing much seems to help. Feel generally pretty hopeless.. a lost cause, very little pleasure left in anything. Hoping to see how other deal with similar things.

A big welcome to the site, I hope you feel that it provides you with alot of support. The site is abit daunting when you first join up, theres so much to look at! You'll soon get the hang of it though :)
