Who's awake at this time, not even slept yet
could do with a chat, so fed up with this not sleeping

One thing that can help is if you close your eyes and try to focus on relaxing every muscle in your body, one at a time. For example, focus on relaxing your foot, then your ankle, then your calf, and so on! Take slow deep breaths too. i know not being able to sleep can be a big inconvenience
