So dizzy

The past few days I've had spells of hours being insanely dizzy and feeling like i'm going to pass out. All my extremities get freezing as well, so I'm pretty sure it's a circulation/blood pressure issue. Had my heart checked out but not my head so it worries me. I get scared I'm going to damage my brain through hyperventilation or something, if that's the problem. Anyone else had this?

I get so worried that i'm going to faint that i wonder if one day i am actually going to make myself pass out. Its horrible. Dizziness is my worst anxiety issue. I give myself a time limit .. if in 2 minutes im not unconscious im not going to collapse ... so move on from it. It seems to work. I will then just lie down if i can or if im at work close my eyes on the toilet for two. Dehydration causes horrible dizziness. I must drink about four bottles of water a day now to make sure i can rule it out. Best of luck :)
